Tip:Solution to serious wear of the contact tip
1. Purchase contact tips made of chromium, zirconium and copper, which are big brand products with guaranteed processing accuracy.
2. Welding wire straightening.
3. The contact tip must be tightened with pliers. Just tightening it by hand will not work. The arc will be unstable and the contact tip will cost more!
4. The gun cleaning workstation is normal and anti-splash silicone oil is sprayed.
5. Generally, a smaller voltage is used, and the approximate formula 14+0.04*current is used. The higher the voltage, the greater the loss.
6. Clean the wire feeding pipe frequently.
