Tip：Cleaning methods for machine tool dust, support bars, etc.
The dust inside the machine tool needs to be cleaned every week. Use an air gun to clean the dust cover, drag chain, electrical cabinet and sheet metal inside the machine tool. Clean the air path components inside the cutting head cover and the cutting head. Note that when cleaning the cutting head, it is recommended to use smaller air pressure or blow dust from a farther distance. Clean the cutting head waste and iron slag on the guide rail of the workbench to reduce chain problems when the equipment exchanges the table movement.
Regularly clean the iron slag from the support bars. Enough iron slag on the work surface will cause the plate to be placed unevenly and cause jitter during cutting. It will also lead to the stability of the cut plate and anti-slag on the reverse side. When the support platform suffers large losses during long-term cutting, a limit alarm will appear. It is recommended to make the support platform in advance and replace it in time.
