Tip：Maintenance methods of laser generator of laser cutting machine
The laser generator should be maintained before daily startup:
Check that the cooling water pressure is maintained between 3.5 and 5 Bar.
Check the temperature of the cooling circulating water and adjust it to the water temperature specified by the laser generator.
Check the oil level in the laser pump, if it is insufficient, add it.
Check whether there are leaks in the oil channels, water channels, and gas supply of the laser generator, and whether the pneumatic components of the mechanical pump, resonator, and tee joints are damaged.
