1. Clean the dust removal device

Treatment method: Turn off the power, remove the inlet pipe and outlet pipe on the fan, clean up the dust inside, inverted fan, pull the wind blade, clean up the solid dust and restore the installation.


2. Maintenance of laser cutting machine tools
Remove the dirt at the exhaust outlet on time to ensure the actual effect of exhaust air.
Maintain the filter device in the air supply regularly, and remove the water and dirt in the filter device immediately.
Check periodically whether the screws of the limit switch support frame and ram support frame are loose.
It is necessary to regularly remove the dust on the exhaust fan filter screen of the electrical cabinet to ensure good natural ventilation to facilitate the heat discharge of the internal electrical components.

According to the natural environment of the production workshop, check the environmental pollution of the reflective lens and the condenser surface surface regularly (at least once a month), and replace the damaged optical glass to ensure its service life.


3. Maintenance of laser cutting machine laser generator
Laser generators should be maintained before starting daily:
Check that the working pressure of cooling circulating water is maintained in the middle of 3.5 ~ 5Bar.
Check the temperature of the cooling water and adjust it to the temperature of the water specified by the laser generator.
Check the oil level aspect ratio in the laser generator mechanical pump, if insufficient, it needs to be added.
Check whether there is leakage in the oil channel, water channel and gas supply of the laser generator, and whether there is damage to the pneumatic components and tee joints of the mechanical pump and resonator.


4. Water change and clean the chiller
The quality and temperature of circulating water directly affect the service life of laser and cutting head. Note: Chiller maintenance must be carried out after turning off the chiller power for at least 5 minutes to avoid the risk of water spraying and electric shock. Inspect the filter and heat sink every week to clean up dust and foreign matter; Check the liquid level of the water tank, and timely replenish water when the liquid level is low; Remove dust from the outside of the device. Inspect and change the medium (distilled water) every quarter; Check the dirt in the cleaning liquid tank to ensure a good cooling effect; The PP cotton must be replaced and the resin tank replaced.


5. Machine guide rail rack cleaning and refueling
Guide rail and linear shaft are one of the core components of laser cutting machine, which play a guiding and supporting role. To ensure the machining accuracy, the guide rail line is required to have high guiding accuracy and good motion stability. Laser cutting machine due to the workpiece in the processing will produce a large number of corrosive dust and smoke, these smoke and dust long-term large deposition on the guide rail, linear shaft surface, has a great impact on the processing accuracy of the equipment, every quarter need to maintain the rack and pinion.
Open the dust cover to clean the oil and foreign matter on the rack and guide rail. It is recommended to use diesel oil to clean the rack of the guide rail box, and then move the machine tool to wash out the foreign matter inside the slide block. After cleaning, wipe off the excess diesel oil and apply a layer of gear oil. Regularly check whether the lubricating oil in the oil pot of the equipment is lower than the alarm line, and add lubricating oil in time to avoid the wear and tear of the equipment and the change of accuracy caused by long-term absence of oil.


6. Clean machine dust and support strips
Clean the dust inside the machine tool every week. Use the air gun to clean the dust on the dust cover, drag chain, electric cabinet and sheet metal inside the machine tool. Clean the gas path components inside the cutting head and the cutting head, noting that it is recommended to use a smaller air pressure or a little distance to blow dust when cleaning the cutting head. The cutting head waste and iron slag on the guide rail of the workbench are cleaned to reduce the chain problems during the movement of the equipment exchange table.
Regular cleaning of the iron slag of the support strip, enough iron slag on the workbench will lead to uneven placement of the plate, shaking when cutting, and will lead to the stability of the cutting plate and reverse slag on the reverse side. When there is a large loss in the long-term cutting of the support table, there will be a limit alarm. It is recommended to make the support table in advance and replace it in time.
