Argon arc welding is the best welding method for copper and copper alloys. It can protect the molten pool from oxidation and prevent the introduction of gases, and the concentrated heat can reduce deformation and ensure penetration. Gas welding and manual arc welding can also be used, but appropriate process measures are required because copper has a low resistance value and is not suitable for resistance welding.
