Brazing
Brazing is achieved by heating the workpieces and filler metal to a specific temperature range. Soft soldering requires temperatures below 450°C, while brazing requires temperatures above this temperature. Brazing technology is particularly suitable for components that are delicate, complex, or made of different materials.During the heating process, the liquid solder will wet the base material, fill the gap in the joint, and diffuse with the base material, thus achieving a firm connection between the welded parts.
