High precision welding

Position accuracy: can reach ±0.01mm to ±0.2mm, and the micro-nano processing field even requires ±0.01mm
Perpendicularity: The perpendicularity deviation between the weld and the parent material surface should be ≤ ±0.5°, and can reach ±0.1° in high-precision scenarios.
Mechanical Performance Requirements
Strength Matching: The tensile strength of the weld joint must reach 80%-100% of that of the parent material. For example, the strength of an aluminum alloy weld joint can reach 200-300 MPa.
Microstructure: Grain size is controlled at 10-50μm, with finer grains in the heat-affected zone (e.g., up to 20μm for stainless steel) to improve corrosion resistance and strength
