Tungsten
Tungsten needle is a tungsten product made of pure tungsten or tungsten alloy with a slender structure. It can be used as an electrode material in argon arc welding technology and can also be used as an instrument probe. It has the advantages of high temperature resistance and good conductivity.
Tungsten needles are mainly used for engraving metal surfaces, cutting particles in collodion and single particle manipulation. Since these needles are very brittle, they are often bent or broken. Manual operation is required to complete the particle cutting. These tungsten needles are not only used for particle cutting, but also for embryo and glass blowing.
Tungsten needles are selected in different sizes according to different usage conditions.
