Spot welding skills
Direct blow method: Place the end of the welding rod against the welding piece, then bend your wrist down so that the welding rod touches the welding piece slightly, then quickly lift the welding rod 2 to 4mm, and hold the welding clamp firmly with your wrist to maintain stable arc burning. This method will not scratch the surface of the weldment and is commonly used in production. In order to facilitate arc ignition, the welding core should be exposed at the end of the welding rod. If there is a coating sleeve at the end of the welding rod, it can be removed by wearing welding gloves. If there is sticking during arc ignition, you can remove the welding rod by swinging it from side to side.
