Plasma cutting is a metal cutting process that uses high-temperature plasma to melt the metal and then uses a high-speed plasma stream to remove impurities and create a cutting kerf. It is primarily used in the processing of stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, and other metals.Its core components include a power supply, a control system, a gas supply system, and a cutting torch, which consists of an outer nozzle, an inner nozzle, electrodes, and a cooling system.The equipment employs a gantry-type cutting mechanism to enhance motion stability and adaptability to cutting span, combined with a servo motor and ball screw nut mechanism to control cutting precision.
