Welding and cutting torches are the core tools for gas welding and gas cutting. Welding torches generate a stable welding flame by precisely controlling the mixing ratio, flow rate, and flame shape of combustible gases (such as acetylene and propane) and oxygen. Cutting torches, on the other hand, preheat the workpiece with a mixed gas flame and spray a high-pressure oxygen stream to complete the cutting.Torches can be categorized by application into welding torches, cutting torches, and dual-purpose welding/cutting torches. They are also classified by gas mixing method into jet-type and isobaric types. Their structure includes a main body, gas valve, mixing pipe, welding/cutting nozzle, and handle. The tool's structure encompasses both modular and integrated designs. The welding/cutting nozzle is a consumable part and requires frequent replacement under high-current conditions.
