Flux-cored welding wire
Flux-cored welding wire, also known as powder-cored welding wire or tubular welding wire, is divided into two main categories: gas-shielded and non-gas-shielded. The surface of flux-cored welding wire is the same as that of solid welding wire, and it is made of materials with good plasticity, such as low-carbon steel or low-alloy steel. The manufacturing process involves first rolling a steel strip into a U-shaped cross-section, then filling the U-shaped steel strip with a pre-mixed amount of welding powder, pressing it tightly with a rolling mill, and finally drawing it into flux-cored welding wires of different specifications.
