Welding method

TIG welding is a welding method that uses an electric arc generated between a tungsten electrode and the metal under the protection of an inert gas (such as argon) to simultaneously melt the base material and the welding wire.

MIG welding (Metal Inert Gas Welding) is a common welding method that uses a fusible welding wire as an electrode, forming an electric arc between the wire and the metal. Simultaneously, an inert gas such as argon or helium is used to protect the welding area and prevent impurities in the air from affecting the weld quality.

MAG welding is a common gas-shielded welding method that primarily uses carbon dioxide or argon mixed with CO₂ and oxygen as the shielding gas. This method is sometimes also referred to as "carbon dioxide arc welding".
