A plasma arc welding torch is a welding device based on the plasma arc welding method. Its structure includes core components such as an upper torch assembly, a lower torch assembly, a tungsten electrode, an electrode chuck, and a double-layer nozzle. It generates a high-energy-density plasma arc through the triple effects of mechanical compression, thermal compression, and electromagnetic contraction, characterized by strong penetration and high welding speed. It is classified into three types: medium current, high current, and micro-beam.
